Enhanced user experience.

With a browser-based interface, you can interact with the system easily. In the WebClient, you can simplify your tasks by using thumbnails and popular shortcuts. Notifications which guide you through relevant processes according to the context you are working on. Use the Job setup wizard to define common tasks for easier access and more efficient work.

Works natively with Dynamics CRM.

Seamless integration enables you to navigate easily between NAV and Office tools. Create customers, vendors, quotes, and invoices, all without leaving Outlook and enjoy sharing all data and documents with your colleagues.

Enhancements in Finance

Ready-to-use financial statements and default Account Schedules ensure a better insight into financial performance and enable the user to produce financial reports quickly and intuitively. The new Account Categories that correspond to the structure of your chart of accounts make reporting easier. Financial settlements are streamlined with payment and bank reconciliations performed in one step. All transactions are matched at once, and then they post and update the bank reconciliation at the same time.

Optimized mobile CRM experience

The CRM functionality has been optimized for use on the mobile. When you are on the go, you can work more effectively with Relationship Management from your phone. The Enhanced Sales and Relationship Management role center enables you to interact with your contacts and sales opportunities. You can also use improved interactions logging from your phone, logging email messages using Office 365.

Embedded Power BI

With embedded power BI, it is easy to create insightful reports which can easily be made available in the user’s role center in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 for further reference and sharing. Sample reports are available in the Content Pack.

Cortana Intelligence.
Predictive intelligence.

Built-in Cortana Intelligence uses machine learning algorithms for changing historical data into meaningful information. With this tool, you can obtain predictive sales analytics, and optimize your stock to be able to serve your customers when they need. The forecasting functionality of the Sales and Inventory extension helps create replenishment requests for vendors, thus automating your work.

Managing your items

With custom item attributes, you can organize items according to your business needs. Item attributes and values are visible in a fact box on both the card and list. Filtering options based on attribute values make it more efficient to add items to sales and purchase documents. Items can be grouped into a hierarchical structure based on custom categories with a custom attribute assigned to each category. Items added to a category inherit the attributes of the category, ensuring a common set of attributes on items which enables you to save time.
